As an executive coach, Cheryl is passionate about assisting busy C-Suite executives, high potentials and entrepreneurs in corporations, universities and national nonprofits remain a step ahead. She also provides career-saving “CPR” to individuals whose forward progress has stalled or stopped.

She is a high-energy, dynamic coach with a focus on leadership development, corporate presence, personal branding, effective communications, work-life balance, career transitions and time management.

With more than 35 years of experience as a public relations, business strategist and 20 years as an executive coach, Cheryl has worked with a variety of corporations and organizations in a number of business sectors. She served in executive positions for DePaul University, Home Box Office (HBO), Nielsen Marketing Research and Golden State Mutual Life Insurance Company. As a consultant, her client list includes Coca-Cola, Nissan, Allstate, McDonald’s, Sears, McCain Foods, University of Valparaiso Law School, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority and Magellan Corporation, to name a few.

She is accredited in public relations by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and is a credentialed coach and certified master coach accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Cheryl was the 2006 national president and CEO of the 30,000-member PRSA.She has served on the board, executive committee, and/or advisory council for the Chicago Foundation for Women, La Rabida Children’s Hospital, DePaul University College of Communications, Chicago Chapter of PRSA, University of Florida Communications, Black Public Relations Society of California.  She currently serves on the board of Bradley University’s Black Alumni Alliance.

Cheryl earned her bachelor’s degree from Bradley University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.  She received her coach training from the Center for Coaching Certification and Goal Imagery.


Deborah J. Hrivnak

Dr. Deborah J. Hrivnak is a professional coach, and has been CEO and founder of MyCoachDeborah, Inc., since 2004. As a coach, Deborah works with small businesses, individuals and teams, inspiring and teaching them to leverage their strengths for greater productivity, engagement, and profits. Deborah received her coaching certification through The Academy for Coaching Excellence in Sacramento, California.

Deborah is the author of Get Off the Sidelines and Into the “Game” as well as a contributing author for Discover Your Identity; Real Stories by Real People to Inspire and Ignite Your Soul, by Sue Brooke, and RockStar Success Stories; Inspirational Stories of Success by Extraordinary “RockStars,” by Craig Duswalt.

Her prior leadership experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for South Central Nebraska Community Mental Health Center and the Chamber of Commerce. Deborah has also served for three years as President for her church. Deborah has received honorary recognition from Phi Delta Kappa and Pi Lambda Theta, in addition to receiving the recognition of Outstanding Teacher of the Year at the University of Nebraska at Kearney.  In 1983, based on her notable work with special needs students, the Nebraska State Department of Education created a television documentary, Educational Alternatives for Handicapped Students. Deborah continues to provide support for special needs individuals and families through coaching, advocacy, and consulting in addition to her work with small businesses.

Before starting her own business, Deborah served as a special education administrator as well as working in human resources for a large corporation located in Omaha, Nebraska.   She holds a doctorate in educational leadership and currently serves as an adjunct faculty member for Judson University where she teaches coursework in Education as well as Management and Leadership.

Deborah currently lives in Saint Charles, Illinois with her husband, John. She and John sing with the Elgin Master Chorale.

Your Call To Action provides highly effective and proven sales coaching programs to technology companies and their sales organization, as well as a wide variety of proven career transition services to individuals who want more career satisfaction, are realizing the career they’ve held for years is no longer serving them, are looking to make a job or career change, or will soon be transitioning to retirement.

Prior to founding her own business, Ms. Fridstein brings over 30 years of experience and success in corporate sales and sales leadership, primarily selling complex technology solutions to new and existing Fortune 1000 companies. Drawing upon personal experience, she has honed the art and science of interviewing, executing a successful job search campaign, and re-engineering careers, and currently leverages this experience to help others achieve similar results.

As Board Member of the ICF-Chicago Chapter, Ms. Fridstein will utilize her extensive business background, experience and skills, strong leadership skills, effective strategic, tactical and ‘outside the box’ thinking, and exemplary problem solving, decision making and communications skills to help make a positive difference to the organization and its members.

Ms. Fridstein holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. In 2015, she became a Certified Life, Career & Executive Coach from the Goal Imagery Institute, School of Coaching Mastery. She will soon secure her ICF ACC Credentials.
